Simply let us know prior to 23:59pm the day before your collection and we can rearrange for another date or cancel your booking free of charge if it’s no longer needed.
Cancellations made on the day of a collection will incur a £100 charge to cover our allocated team’s time.
You can ask for one, some, or all of your items back by booking a return via your STORED online account. You can also call us at 020 3637 1234 to book a slot for returns.
STORED offers an all-inclusive package with FREE collection from your doorstep. We come with a moving van and a removals team to load and collect your belongings, take them to our secure storage facility, and also provide the option of online inventory. Our package also includes £500 liability coverage.
Your belongings are brought back to you the same way they were collected. The customer has to do nothing but book! It is the easiest and most convenient storage solution!
Every storage unit comes with a set amount of free loading time, based on the size of the unit. The larger the unit, the more the free loading time. If loading exceeds the free loading time, there will be a small charge for every 30 minutes started.
